What is Pilates?
Pilates is a low impact form of exercise that was originally created in the 1920s by a physical trainer called Joseph Pilates. It is a type of exercise that uses scientifically proven movement patterns that work to prevent injury, improve stability, flexibility and posture. It is a great form of rehabilitation.
