Pregnancy Pilates

Small and intimate group sessions for expectant mums. Six weekly sessions of 1.5 hours per week. Each session combines a prenatal workout with a workshop designed to empower you through labour and birth. The session finishes with pregnancy themed relaxation.

Workshop : Movement preparation and mobility through labour
Relaxation : Bonding relaxation

Workshop: Optimal baby positioning

Pilates workout and workshop : Endurance preparation for labour
Relaxation : Serenity relaxation

£180 per 6 week course
